Who we are

Manycast (“we”, “us”) operates manycast.ai and related AI personality projects. Contact: hello@manycast.ai.

What we collect on this site

• Account data: email, name, and password hash (or magic-link tokens) when you sign up at /console/sign-up/.
• Technical logs: standard request logs (IP, user agent, path, timestamp) used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention on Cloudflare Workers.
• Referral parameters: UTM query params when you arrive from a “Created with Manycast” credit or similar link.
• Site notifications: public announcement messages we publish for visitors. Dismissals are stored only in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers.
• Billing: Stripe processes payment details for paid plans; we store plan tier and Stripe customer id on your account.

Cookies

The marketing site does not use advertising cookies. Staging hosts may set an authentication session cookie for access control. Personality project sites may set their own cookies depending on configuration. The console stores a session token in your browser (localStorage).

How we use account data

We use it to authenticate you, operate Worlds you create, send transactional email (welcome, magic link, password reset), and process billing. We do not sell this information.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (notably Cloudflare and Neon) to host and deliver the service. We use Resend for transactional email and Stripe for payments. Those providers process data as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Account and World data are kept as long as your account is active and for reasonable business records afterward. You can ask us to delete an account by emailing hello@manycast.ai.

Your choices

Email us to access, correct, or delete personal information in your account, subject to legal limits.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
