How Manycast handles information on the platform marketing site and access requests.

Who we are
Manycast (“we”, “us”) operates manycast.ai and related project hosts. Contact: hello@manycast.ai.
What we collect on this site
- Access requests: name, email, and optional project description you submit on /request-access/.
- Technical logs: standard request logs (IP, user agent, path, timestamp) used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention on Cloudflare Workers.
- Referral parameters: UTM query params when you arrive from a “Created with Manycast” credit or similar link.
Cookies
The marketing site does not use advertising cookies. Staging hosts may set an authentication session cookie for access control. Project journal sites may set their own cookies depending on configuration.
How we use access-request data
We use it to evaluate invite-only access, reply to you, and keep a record of requests. We do not sell this information.
Sharing
We use infrastructure providers (notably Cloudflare) to host and deliver the site. They process technical data as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Access requests are kept as long as needed to operate invite-only onboarding and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing hello@manycast.ai.
Your choices
Email us to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through the access form, subject to legal limits.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
