Agreement
By using manycast.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Invite-only platform
Manycast project hosting and generation tooling are provided on an invite-only basis. Submitting an access request does not create an account, a contract for paid services, or a promise of acceptance.
Marketing site content
Product descriptions on this site describe current capabilities and known roadmap gaps in good faith. Features marked as coming, rolling out, or not yet self-serve are not guaranteed on a timeline.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the access form, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape in a way that degrades availability, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Project sites
Content on individual Manycast project hosts (for example The Hartwells) is governed by that project’s own policies and the separate agreement under which the project is operated. These marketing-site terms do not grant you rights to project content.
Disclaimer
The marketing site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manycast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this marketing site or submission of an access request.
